Art Hurtado - Chairman and Founder

In addition to Mr. Hurtado's extensive corporate and federal leadership experience, he participates in a number of military advisory bodies and actively serves as the Chairman of the Engineering Foundation at Virginia Commonwealth University, the Advisory Board to New Mexico State University's College of Engineering, the Advisory Board to the School of Information Technology and Engineering, George Mason University, and the Advisory Board to the Department of Chemistry, Missouri State University. He was appointed by Governor Tim Kaine to serve as a member of the Board of Visitors, Virginia Commonwealth University and completed his term in 2010.


Art Money

Mr. Money has more than 50 years of management and engineering experience with the defense electronics industry and intelligence community in the design and development of intelligence collection analysis capabilities and airborne tactical reconnaissance systems. His career achievements include appointment as Assistant Secretary of Defense for Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence (ASD (C3I)) from October 5, 1999 through April 7, 2001, Senior Civilian Official, Office of the ASD (C3I) from February 1998 to October 1999, Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer (CIO) from February 1998 to April 2001, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Research, Development and Acquisition (Senate confirmed appointment), and as CIO for the Air Force from January 1996 to February 1998. He received his MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Santa Clara and his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University.


Dr. Ed Bersoff

Dr. Bersoff is currently Chairman of Greenwich Associates with over 35 years of experience in intelligence system development, software, quality assurance, configuration management, corporate management and management of software product design, development, implementation and maintenance. He most recently served as Chairman and CEO of ATS Corporation until the company was sold in March, 2012. Formerly he was a Managing Director for Quarterdeck Investment Partners and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Re-route Corporation, a leading innovator in e-mail messaging technology. He currently serves as the Lead Director of ICF International, Inc., and is the Chairman of the Holy Cross Hospital System. He is the former Rector of the Board of Visitors of Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Bersoff holds A.B., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in mathematics from New York University and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School's Owner/President Management Program.
