Financial Management
Invertix financial managers provide leadership, direction, planning,
and oversight for financial policy and execution (i.e. Planning,
Programming, Budgeting, and Execution - PPBE). We support financial
reporting, management control programs, accounting policy and
systems, and audit follow-up. Our managers strengthen financial
management by modernizing and integrating financial systems, improving
financial reporting and accountability, enhancing efficient and
effective management controls, and by preparing financial statements.
Subject-Matter Expert Facilitation
Our subject matter experts are seasoned professionals; many with
extensive experience in the Federal government. With the ability
to provide support in both customer and company facilities we
provide a wealth of expertise on:

Local Fusion, etc.);

Knowledge Sharing and Information
Management
Invertix Information Managers are responsible for coordinating
and supporting knowledge sharing and information management studies
and initiatives. These information management activities include
the organization, cataloging, archiving, maintenance, and dissemination
of knowledge, data, and information. Managed information includes
multi-media formats of databases, maps, and scientific and general
interest publications. Invertix uses process and procedures based
management methodologies, application and tool based solutions,
such as Digital Asset Management, and web-based knowledge and
information portals.
The Invertix Knowledge Center
(IKC)
Invertix has a proven track record in producing innovative and
in-depth research and analyses in defense, space, and intelligence
communities. We employ a systematic methodology of focused engagement
with our cast of subject matter experts who analyze customer needs,
gather information, and formulate a cohesive plan of action. Depending
on the customer’s needs, we can provide anything along the
spectrum of a report consisting of primary and secondary sources
holistically evaluating a given topic to a full scale implementation
team working against the developed strategy and refined collaboratively
with the customer. This group of experts remains available to
the implementation team and the customer over the life of the
project and stands ready to engage on an as needed basis. Ultimately,
Invertix’s team of information technology, policy, business,
communications, and security experts are here to help manage risk,
develop insightful operational strategies, and support information
sharing of the highest order.
