Invertix Corporation held its long anticipated Open House yesterday to officially commemorate the renovation of their Corporate Headquarters location in McLean, VA. Well over 100 people attended the event which was headlined by a ribbon cutting ceremony by Invertix Chairman and CEO Art Hurtado and Fairfax County Economic Development Authority President and CEO Dr. Gerald L. Gordon. Among the honored guests, customers, partners and members of the business community that attended were Chairman of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors, Sharon Bulova; Rear Admiral David Glenn of the US Coast Guard, and David R. Martinez from the MIT's Lincoln Lab. "The Open House was a first class event, was well attended and full of great technology demonstrations in our new innovation lab," said Craig Parisot, Invertix Chief Operating Officer. "We remain thankful for the continued support of our customers, partners, employees, and other friends of the company."

The renovation itself lasted nearly six months and provides Invertix the type of world class facility that the company has long needed to fully address its mission statement of "Engineering National Security." Included amongst the upgraded facilities are a spike from 13,000 to upwards of 18,000 square feet of workspace featuring the Invertix System Innovation Lab (iSIL), the Orion Center for community technical integration activities, and ample meeting and collaboration space. According to Bryan Judd, Invertix Chief Financial Officer and officer-in-charge of the renovation project, "The past six months, our staff displayed the utmost in patience and professionalism regarding this project; as CFO I am so pleased to be able to present to them our new headquarters as a center of collaboration for this great organization."
